Bottled Curried Beans

This recipe was given to my mum by her good friend Rosemary. Serve hot or cold, keeps for ages in the fridge.
Ingredients
- 1 kg Green Beans (cut into Pieces)
- 2 large Onions (Chopped)
- 1 tbs Curry Powder
- 1 tbs Mustard
- 375 ml White Vinegar
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 tbs Cornflour
Instructions
- Cook the green beans and onions in salted water until soft, then drain
- Mix together the curry powder, mustard, vinegar, sugar and cornflour
- Add the mixture to the green beans and onions and simmer for 10 min
- Bottle while hot into jars
