This recipe was given to my mum by her good friend Rosemary. Serve hot or cold, keeps for ages in the fridge.
Ingredients
  • 1 kg Green Beans (cut into Pieces)
  • 2 large Onions (Chopped)
  • 1 tbs Curry Powder
  • 1 tbs Mustard
  • 375 ml White Vinegar
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 tbs Cornflour
Instructions
  1. Cook the green beans and onions in salted water until soft, then drain
  2. Mix together the curry powder, mustard, vinegar, sugar and cornflour
  3. Add the mixture to the green beans and onions and simmer for 10 min
  4. Bottle while hot into jars
