Cabbage in Horse Radish Sauce

Ingredients
  • 750 gr Shredded Cabbage
  • [b]Sauce[/b]
  • 30 gr Butter
  • 30 gr Cake flour
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 45 ml Horse radish relish
  • Pinch of grated nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the cabbage in salted boiling water for 5 minutes
  2. Drain cabbage well
  3. [b]Sauce[/b]
  4. Melt butter in a pan
  5. Add flour and mix
  6. Add milk slowly while stirring to make a smooth white sauce
  7. Stir in the horse radish and nutmeg
  8. Season to taste with salt and pepper
  9. Add the cabbage and stir in gently till well coated
