Cabbage in Horse Radish Sauce

Ingredients
- 750 gr Shredded Cabbage
- [b]Sauce[/b]
- 30 gr Butter
- 30 gr Cake flour
- 300 ml Milk
- 45 ml Horse radish relish
- Pinch of grated nutmeg
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cook the cabbage in salted boiling water for 5 minutes
- Drain cabbage well
- [b]Sauce[/b]
- Melt butter in a pan
- Add flour and mix
- Add milk slowly while stirring to make a smooth white sauce
- Stir in the horse radish and nutmeg
- Season to taste with salt and pepper
- Add the cabbage and stir in gently till well coated
