Ingredients
  • 5 Chicken Pieces
  • 100 g Diced Bacon
  • 2 Onions (Chopped)
  • 2 Cloves Garlic (Crushed)
  • 200 g Brown Mushrooms (Sliced)
  • 500 ml White Wine
  • 300 ml Cream
  • 10 ml Oil
Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the chicken
  2. Remove chicken from the pan
  3. Fry the bacon, onion and garlic
  4. Add the mushrooms and fry till done
  5. Return the chicken to the pan and add the wine
  6. Simmer for 25 min uncovered
  7. Add 300 ml Cream and simmer till the sauce thickens
