Ingredients
  • 125 g Fresh Red Chillies (Chopped)
  • 4 Granny Smith Apples (Grated)
  • 3 Onions (Finely Chopped)
  • 5 Garlic Cloves (Sliced)
  • 750 ml Vinegar
  • 500 ml Sugar
  • 10 ml Salt
Instructions
  1. Add the chillies, apples, onions, garlic and vinegar to a pot
  2. Bring to the boil then simmer for 15 min while stirring
  3. Cool then liquidise
  4. Add 500 ml sugar and simmer for 15 min till thick
  5. Stir and add 10 ml salt
  6. Cool
  7. Bottle and refrigerate
