Ingredients
- [b]Crust[/b]
- 1 1/2 cups Marie Biscuit crumbs
- 1/4 lb Melted Butter or 113.40g or 0.5 cups
- 1 Tbsp Castor Sugar
- [b]Filling[/b]
- 1 packet Lemon Jelly
- 1 tin Condensed Milk
- 12 Grenadillas
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
Instructions
[b]Crust[/b]
- Mix crumbs with sugar and butter.
- Press into greased pie plate and place in fridge for 10 mins.
[b]Filling[/b]
- Make jelly with boiling water and allow to cool.
- Add condensed milk and granadilla juice.
- Pour mixture into biscuit crust and place in fridge to set.
