Ingredients
  • [b]Crust[/b]
  • 1 1/2 cups Marie Biscuit crumbs
  • 1/4 lb Melted Butter or 113.40g or 0.5 cups
  • 1 Tbsp Castor Sugar
  • [b]Filling[/b]
  • 1 packet Lemon Jelly
  • 1 tin Condensed Milk
  • 12 Grenadillas
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
Instructions
[b]Crust[/b]
  1. Mix crumbs with sugar and butter.
  2. Press into greased pie plate and place in fridge for 10 mins.
[b]Filling[/b]
  1. Make jelly with boiling water and allow to cool.
  2. Add condensed milk and granadilla juice.
  3. Pour mixture into biscuit crust and place in fridge to set.
