Greek Yoghurt Chicken

Great for the braai
Ingredients
- 8 Chicken portions
- 3 Garlic cloves (crushed)
- 5 ml Paprika
- 5 ml Ground cinnamon
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Juice of one lemon
- 120 ml Olive oil
- 120 ml Greek yoghurt
- Salt and ground black pepper
Instructions
- Add the garlic, paprika, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, olive oil and yoghurt into a bowl
- Add chicken and marinade for 3 hours or overnight
- Season again with salt and pepper
- Grill over medium coals
