Herb Pork Chops in Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 Dried Thyme
  • 4 Pork Chops (Boneless)
  • 1 tbs Oil
  • 1 Med Onion (Sliced)
  • 1 Can Condensed Mushroom Soup
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
Instructions
  1. Stir the garlic powder, paprika and thyme on a plate
  2. Coat the chops with the mixture
  3. Heat the oil in a pan
  4. Add chops and cook until well brown on both sides
  5. Add the onions to the pan and cook till tender stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in the soup and milk and bring into the boil
  7. Reduce the heat to low
  8. Cook for 5 min until the pork is cooked through
  9. Serve with rice
