Honey Glaze chicken Kebabs

Great for the braai
Ingredients
  • 4 Chicken breasts (cubed)
  • 8 Rashers streaky bacon (cut into pieces)
  • 16 Dried apricots
  • 2 Firm bananas
  • [b]Marinade[/b]
  • 90 ml Honey
  • 60 ml Olive oil
  • Zest and juice of one orange
  • 2 Crushed garlic cloves
  • 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
  • 5 ml Coriander powder
  • 5 ml Curry powder
Instructions
  1. Mix the honey, olive oil, garlic, worcestershire sauce, coriander and curry powder in a bowl
  2. Marinade the chicken pieces for at least 6 hours
  3. Alternate chicken, apricot, banana and bacon on skewers
  4. Brush with remaining marinade and braai over medium coals for 15 minutes, turning frequently
  5. (If using bamboo skewers soak in water for 30 minutes before using them)
