Honey Glaze chicken Kebabs

Great for the braai
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken breasts (cubed)
- 8 Rashers streaky bacon (cut into pieces)
- 16 Dried apricots
- 2 Firm bananas
- [b]Marinade[/b]
- 90 ml Honey
- 60 ml Olive oil
- Zest and juice of one orange
- 2 Crushed garlic cloves
- 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 5 ml Coriander powder
- 5 ml Curry powder
Instructions
- Mix the honey, olive oil, garlic, worcestershire sauce, coriander and curry powder in a bowl
- Marinade the chicken pieces for at least 6 hours
- Alternate chicken, apricot, banana and bacon on skewers
- Brush with remaining marinade and braai over medium coals for 15 minutes, turning frequently
- (If using bamboo skewers soak in water for 30 minutes before using them)
