Ingredients
- 2 Lemons
- 2 Cloves garlic
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 10 ml Ground black pepper
- Salt
- 8 Chicken Thighs
Instructions
- Place the zest of one lemon, juice of two lemons,garlic, oil, black pepper and salt in a bowl
- Add chicken and marinade for 4 to 6 hours (preferably overnight)
- Braai over medium coals, brushing with the marinade
