Ingredients
  • 2 Lemons
  • 2 Cloves garlic
  • 30 ml Olive oil
  • 10 ml Ground black pepper
  • Salt
  • 8 Chicken Thighs
Instructions
  1. Place the zest of one lemon, juice of two lemons,garlic, oil, black pepper and salt in a bowl
  2. Add chicken and marinade for 4 to 6 hours (preferably overnight)
  3. Braai over medium coals, brushing with the marinade
