Mint Sauce

This sauce keeps in the fridge for 6 months.
Ingredients
  • 200 ml Smooth Apricot Jam
  • 100 ml Sugar
  • 250 ml White Vinegar
  • 250 ml Fresh Mint
Instructions
  1. Combine the apricot jam, sugar and vinegar in a pot
  2. Simmer and stir for 10 min
  3. Add the mint
  4. Cool and bottle
  5. Keep in the fridge
