Mint Sauce

This sauce keeps in the fridge for 6 months.
Ingredients
- 200 ml Smooth Apricot Jam
- 100 ml Sugar
- 250 ml White Vinegar
- 250 ml Fresh Mint
Instructions
- Combine the apricot jam, sugar and vinegar in a pot
- Simmer and stir for 10 min
- Add the mint
- Cool and bottle
- Keep in the fridge
