Ingredients
  • 5 ml Ground Cumin
  • Zest of 1 Lemon
  • 5 ml chilli Powder
  • 3 ml Ground Coriander
  • 1 Garlic Clove (Finely Chopped)
  • 2 ml Coarse Salt
  • 2 ml Coarse Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mortar and crush
  2. Rub into fish, chicken or chops and leave for 10 min before cooking
