Mums Home Made Sausages

If mum had run out of sausage skins she would just roll the mixture into sausage shapes before leaving them to set for 1 hour. She would then cook them and they tasted just as good.
Ingredients
- 500 g Minced Lean Pork
- 340 g Shredded Suet
- 225 g Fresh White Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Sage (Chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Thyme (Chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Marjorum
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- Sausage Skins
Instructions
- Mix the pork, bread crumbs and suet in a large bowl
- Add the nutmeg, salt, pepper and herbs and mix very well
- Place the mixture in sausage skins
- Leave in a cool place for an hour to set before cooking or freezing
