Mustard and Marmalade Chicken

Ingredients
- 8 Chicken Thighs
- Salt and ground pepper
- [b]Sauce[/b]
- 60 ml Coarse cut marmalade
- 30 ml Wholegrain mustard
- 60 ml Orange juice
- 60 ml Chicken stock (1/4 stock cube)
- 2 Sprigs of rosemary broken into pieces
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 C
- Season chicken with salt and pepper
- Place in an ovenproof dish
- Blend marmalade, mustard, orange juice and chicken stock
- Pour over the chicken
- Sprinkle rosemary over the chicken
- Cover with foil
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Remove the foil and bake for 30 minutes more
