Ingredients
  • 120 ml Sour Cream
  • 2 med Size Chickens (Cut into Portions)
  • 60 ml English Mustard
  • 175 ml Cornflakes (Crumbed)
  • 2 tsp Fresh Thyme
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 60 ml Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 190 C
  2. Combine the sour cream and mustard in a bowl
  3. In a second bowl mix the cornflakes, herbs and seasoning
  4. Coat the chicken pieces with the mustard mixture
  5. Roll the chicken in the crumb mixture
  6. Place the chicken in a single layer in a shallow baking dish
  7. Drizzle melted butter over each piece and bake for 1 hour until golden brown and juices run clear
