Paprika Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 Chicken (jointed and skin removed)
- 30 ml Oil
- 2 Onions (sliced)
- 10 ml Paprika
- 100 ml Dry white wine
- 1 can Chopped tomatoes
- 15 ml Tomato puree
- 2 Red peppers (chopped)
- Bouguet garni
- 60 ml Plain yogurt
- Salt
Instructions
- Brown the chicken in the oil and remove
- Add the onions and cook till soft
- Add the paprika and cook for 1 minute
- Blend in the wine
- Return the chicken
- Add tomatoes, tomato puree and red peppers
- Cover and simmer for 45 minutes
- Transfer the chicken to a serving dish
- Rub the contents through a sieve, before returning to the rinsed pan
- Reheat
- Season to taste
- Add yogurt and pour over the chicken pieces
