Great to add to your full english breakfast or as a light meal with a fried egg.
Ingredients
  • 225 g Self Raising Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 85 g Butter
  • 85 ml Milk
  • 180 g Warm Mash Potato
Instructions
Mixture
  1. Mix Flour and salt together
  2. Rub in the butter
  3. Mix in the warm mash potatoes
  4. Add the milk and mix
  5. Roll till 1 cm thick
  6. Cut out cakes with a cookie cutter
Bake
  1. Preheat oven to 220 C
  2. Bake on floured baking trays for 25- 30 min
