Potato Cakes

Great to add to your full english breakfast or as a light meal with a fried egg.
Ingredients
- 225 g Self Raising Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 85 g Butter
- 85 ml Milk
- 180 g Warm Mash Potato
Instructions
Mixture
- Mix Flour and salt together
- Rub in the butter
- Mix in the warm mash potatoes
- Add the milk and mix
- Roll till 1 cm thick
- Cut out cakes with a cookie cutter
Bake
- Preheat oven to 220 C
- Bake on floured baking trays for 25- 30 min
