Tasty easy to make salad
Ingredients
- 500 g Young Green Beans
- 100 g Feta Cheese
- 150 g Black Olives
- 60 ml Olive Oil
- 25 ml Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 ml Salt
Instructions
- Top and tail the green beans
- Place in rapidly boiling water for two minutes, until just tender
- Drain and refresh in iced water
- Combine the green beans,feta and black olives in a serving dish
- Mix the olive oil, vinegar and salt
- Pour mixture over the salad an hour before serving
