Ingredients:
  • 300 ml Water
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 65 grams Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 75 grams of Plain Chocolate
  • 10 ml Cocoa
  • 30 ml Sugar
  • 5 ml Vanilla Essence
  • 2 Egg Yolks
Instructions:

Preheat and Prepare:
Begin by preheating your oven to 220°C (430°F). Grease a baking tray in preparation for your delectable eclairs.

Creating the Pastry:
In a saucepan, combine 150 ml of water and the butter, bringing them to a gentle boil.
Remove the saucepan from heat and quickly beat in the flour that’s been sieved with a pinch of salt.
Keep beating vigorously until the dough forms a smooth ball and pulls away from the bottom and sides of the pan.

Eggstravaganza:
Allow the dough to cool slightly, then beat in the eggs one at a time until it becomes glossy and well combined.

Pastry Pillows:
Using a small spoon, place dollops of the pastry mixture onto the greased baking tray, each about the size of a walnut.

Bake with Precision:
Slide your tray into the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes.

Allow it to cool slightly, then whisk in the egg yolks.
Refrigerate.
