The really posh way of doing cheese on toast
Ingredients
  • 3/4 Cup cheddar Cheese (Grated)
  • 2 tbs Butter
  • 2 Tsp Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard (English)
  • Few Drops Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt/Pepper
  • 4 Slices White Bread
Instructions
  1. Gently heat the butter, milk, mustard and worcestershire sauce in a small pan till butter melts
  2. Remove from the heat and beat in the cheese till the mixture is smooth
  3. Season wit salt and pepper
  4. toast one slice of the bread under a hot grill
  5. Turn slices over and spread with the cheese mixture
  6. Return to the grill until the cheese becomes golden brown
  7. Serve immediately
