A delightful, fruity tea-loaf
Ingredients
  • [b]SOAK OVERNIGHT[/b]
  • 1 breakfast cup cold tea
  • 1lb dried fruit
  • 1 teacup brown sugar
  • [b]DRY INGREDIENTS[/b]
  • 2 cups self-raising flour
  • 1 lightly beaten egg
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180° C
  2. Add the egg into the pre-soaked fruit and tea
  3. Mix in the flour slowly and well
  4. Pour into greased tin and bake at 180° C for 1 1/4 hours to 1 1/2 hours.
