A delightful, fruity tea-loaf
Ingredients
- [b]SOAK OVERNIGHT[/b]
- 1 breakfast cup cold tea
- 1lb dried fruit
- 1 teacup brown sugar
- [b]DRY INGREDIENTS[/b]
- 2 cups self-raising flour
- 1 lightly beaten egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180° C
- Add the egg into the pre-soaked fruit and tea
- Mix in the flour slowly and well
- Pour into greased tin and bake at 180° C for 1 1/4 hours to 1 1/2 hours.
