Garlic and Herb Potato Wedges

Ingredients
- 4 Med Potatoes (Scrubbed and Rinsed)
- 3 tbs Olive Oil
- 4 Cloves Garlic (Crushed)
- 1/2 tsp Dried Rosemary
- 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220 C
Wedges
- Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise
- Cut each half lengthwise into 4 equally sized wedges
- Add the potatoes to a large bowl with the other ingredients and toss to cover the wedges evenly
Bake
- Line a baking pan with foil
- Place wedges skin side down on the foil
- space evenly so that they cook uniformly
- Bake for 35 min until well browned, crusty edged and tender
- Serve immediately, sprinkle with more salt if needed
