Ingredients
  • 125g Cake Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt/Black Pepper
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 2 Spring Onions (Chopped)
  • 8 Pork Sausages
  • 10 ml Oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 200 C
Batter
  1. Beat together the flour, eggs, milk, spring onions and season with salt and pepper
Bake
  1. Brown the sausages in the oil
  2. Place in an ovenproof dish
  3. Pour the batter over the sausages
  4. Bake for 25-30 min until crisp and done
