Ingredients
- 125g Cake Flour
- 2 Eggs
- Salt/Black Pepper
- 300 ml Milk
- 2 Spring Onions (Chopped)
- 8 Pork Sausages
- 10 ml Oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200 C
Batter
- Beat together the flour, eggs, milk, spring onions and season with salt and pepper
Bake
- Brown the sausages in the oil
- Place in an ovenproof dish
- Pour the batter over the sausages
- Bake for 25-30 min until crisp and done
