Ingredients
- 50 ml Oil
- 2 Onions (thinly sliced)
- 15 ml Caraway seeds
- 500 gr Cabbage (finely shredded)
- 125 gr Button mushrooms (halved)
- 50 ml Soy sauce
- 5 ml Sugar
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok or large casserole dish
- Add onions and caraway seeds and stir fry for 2 minutes
- Add cabbage and mushrooms and toss quickly over high heat
- Add soy sauce and sugar and stir fry for 3 minutes
