Nutty Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cup Bread flour
- 1 1/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 3/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts
- 2 tbs Brown Sugar
- 1 pkt Yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/3 cup Low Fat Yogurt
- 2 tbs Butter
Instructions
- In a bowl combine 1 cup of the bread flour, whole wheat flour, walnuts, sugar yeast and salt
- In a sauce pan heat the water, yogurt and butter to 120 C
- Add the dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
- Stir in the remaining flour to form a soft dough.
- Turn on to a floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 min ( Do not let it rise)
- Shape the dough into a ball and place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray
- cover and let rest in a warm place for 20 min
- Bake at 200 C for 30 min until golden brown
- Remove from the pan and cool on a wire rack
