Nothing beats apple pie with cream or ice cream
Ingredients
  • [b]Pie[/b]
  • 1 Large tin pie apples
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cups self raising flour
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1/4 Cup milk
  • 1/4 Tsp salt
  • [b][u]Sauce[/u][/b]
  • 115 Gram butter
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C
  2. [b]Pie[/b]
  3. Cream the butter and sugar together
  4. Beat the eggs and add
  5. Add flour and salt and mix together
  6. Add milk and mix well
  7. Pour the mixture into a pie dish
  8. Place the apples onto the mixture
  9. Bake for 15 min until golden brown
  10. [b][u]Sauce[/u][/b]
  11. Combine butter,sugar and milk and bring to the boil
  12. Make holes in the baked pie and pour mixture over it
