Ingredients
  • 150 gr Butter
  • 1 kg Chicken breasts (cubed)
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of allspice
  • 2 Onions (chopped)
  • 50 ml Tomato puree
  • 600 ml Boiling water
  • 225 gr Rice
Instructions
  1. Melt 100 gr butter and brown the chicken pieces for 10 minutes
  2. Add salt, pepper, cinnamon and allspice stirring well
  3. Add onions and cook till soft
  4. Stir in the tomato puree and boiling water
  5. Cover and cook for 20 minutes
  6. Add rice , cover and simmer for 20 minutes
  7. Remove lid and simmer for 5 minutes to absorb liquid
  8. Melt the 50 gr butter till it browns
  9. Pour over the chicken
