Ingredients
- 4 Cups wholewheat flour
- 500 ml Bulgarian yoghurt
- 1 Tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 C
- Mix flour and salt together
- Mix the yoghurt, bicarbonate of soda and honey together and add to the flour
- Mix well
- Pour the mixture into a greased loaf tin
- Bake for 1 hour
