Ingredients
- 4 Cups Cooked Rice
- 3 Eggs (Beaten)
- 1 Onion (Finely Chopped)
- 1 Clove Garlic (Crushed)
- 45 ml Soya Sauce
- 15 ml Tomato Sauce
- 10 ml Chilli Sauce
- 3 ml Fish Paste
Instructions
Sauce
- Mix soy sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce and fish paste together in a bowl
Rice
- Fry the onion and garlic till soft
- Add the eggs and scramble them
- Add the rice, mix and fry for 1 min
- Add the sauce, mix and fry for 2 min
- Serve
