Ingredients
  • 4 Cups Cooked Rice
  • 3 Eggs (Beaten)
  • 1 Onion (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 Clove Garlic (Crushed)
  • 45 ml Soya Sauce
  • 15 ml Tomato Sauce
  • 10 ml Chilli Sauce
  • 3 ml Fish Paste
Instructions
Sauce
  1. Mix soy sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce and fish paste together in a bowl
Rice
  1. Fry the onion and garlic till soft
  2. Add the eggs and scramble them
  3. Add the rice, mix and fry for 1 min
  4. Add the sauce, mix and fry for 2 min
  5. Serve
