- 3 tsp Corn Flour
- 1 Egg White
- 5 ml Soya Sauce
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients together in a bowl
- Leave the meat in the mixture to tenderise
- Beef: 20 Min
- Lamb: 15 Min
- Chicken: 15 Min
