Easy way to tenderise tough cuts of meat.
Ingredients
  • 3 tsp Corn Flour
  • 1 Egg White
  • 5 ml Soya Sauce
Instructions
  1. Combine the ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Leave the meat in the mixture to tenderise
  3. Beef: 20 Min
  4. Lamb: 15 Min
  5. Chicken: 15 Min
