Rubs

Rubs are used to give the meat flavour. It should be rubbed into the meat before roasting or grilling and can be sprinkled over vegetables or added to bread crumbs. A little can be added to soups and casseroles to add extra flavour. To turn the rup into a marinade mix it with a little oil and brush onto the meat.
